How services are delivered
- Shared and reseller hosting runs on Linux with the InterWorx control panel.
- VPS services use KVM virtualisation with resilient Ceph-backed storage.
- Dedicated servers provide exclusive physical hardware and out-of-band management.
- Network connectivity uses multiple upstream providers and direct peering.
Different products provide different levels of isolation and customer control. A shared-hosting account is managed at platform level by us, while a VPS or dedicated server gives the customer administrative control of its own operating system.
Choosing the right level
Shared hosting is appropriate for most conventional websites. Choose reseller hosting for separated client accounts, a VPS for custom software and root access, or dedicated/colocation services for hardware-level control and sustained workloads.
