In short: Use both Virgo Networks nameserver hostnames for shared and reseller hosting. Enter the hostnames at the company where the domain is registered.

Domains ordered with a compatible Virgo Networks hosting service are normally configured automatically. Check the domain in the Client Area before changing anything manually.
Domains registered elsewhere
- Sign in to the current registrar's control panel.
- Find the nameserver or DNS delegation settings for the domain.
- Replace the existing nameservers with both Virgo Networks hostnames shown above.
- Save the change and retain a copy of the previous nameservers and DNS records until the migration is complete.
Before changing nameservers
A nameserver change delegates the entire DNS zone. It can affect the website, email, verification records and third-party services. If email is hosted elsewhere, make sure the required MX, SPF, DKIM and other records exist in the new zone before changing delegation.
After the change
Nameserver changes are not instant because resolvers cache earlier answers. Test the website and both incoming and outgoing email from more than one network. If a service stops working, open a support ticket with the domain, previous nameservers and the affected service.
