In short: IPv6 connectivity is included with applicable Virgo Networks services; there is no separate IPv6 surcharge.
What is included
Shared and reseller hosting is designed for dual-stack access, and relevant infrastructure services include IPv6 addressing according to the service specification. Your plan's normal resource, management and support boundaries still apply.
Possible related costs
There may still be charges for work that is separate from IPv6 itself—for example managed configuration, application changes, firewall consultancy or additional engineering time—where these are outside the service plan. We will explain any charge before carrying out billable work.
