In short: Most services are provisioned automatically after payment and any required order checks. Some services need manual preparation or identity, fraud or technical review.
Typical activation
- Domains: normally submitted promptly after successful payment, subject to registry availability and validation.
- Shared and reseller hosting: normally provisioned automatically within minutes.
- VPS services: normally provisioned automatically or after any required checks and image preparation.
- Dedicated servers and colocation: may require manual build, installation or scheduling.
Your order confirmation and service email contain the authoritative information for that order.
If the service is still pending
- Check that the invoice shows as paid.
- Look for a verification or information request in your email and Client Area.
- Check junk or quarantine folders.
- Do not place a duplicate order.
- Open a sales or billing ticket with the order number if no update is visible.
If an order is held for review
A fraud or manual-review status is a security check, not an accusation. Do not place a duplicate order. Check the Client Area and your email for a request, then reply on the existing ticket with the order number.
Only provide identity or payment evidence when Virgo Networks specifically requests it through an approved secure method. Never send full card details, passwords or one-time codes.
If the invoice is paid but provisioning has not completed, tell us the exact order and service so we can check for a partial or failed platform action before retrying.
